The Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in India calls for submission of applications for the implementation of the ‘Promotion of Financial Literacy of Women in India’ project concept.
Having regard to the financial resources allocated to development cooperation and gathered development cooperation experience, Lithuania will seek to contribute to implementation of all Sustainable Development Goals in the partner countries, giving priority to the following sectoral areas of development cooperation (Sustainable Development Goals as formulated in accordance with UNGA Resolution No A/RES/70/1 of 25 September 2015):
- end poverty in all its forms everywhere,
- ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all,
- achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls,
- take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts,
- promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels,
- strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development.
Funding Information
- A total of maximum 5 000 EUR will be allocated to the projects in 2021.
Eligibility Criteria
- Legal entities and natural persons, other organizations and their subsidiaries of Republic of Lithuania and India are invited to submit signed and scanned project applications and project estimates in Lithuanian or English.
