The Greater Worchester Community Foundation is seeking applications for its Creative Intersections: Project Grants to support projects that leverage the arts as a tool and catalyst to respond to human needs in a way that is authentic, inclusive, and equitable.
These grants aim to fund projects that are intersectional in nature, that combine non-arts sector programing with the arts, and create pathways for collaboration and innovation.
At the Foundation, they know arts, culture, and creativity to be key components in assisting individuals, families, and communities live healthy and thriving lives. Projects should be creative and help elevate unheard voices, give communities a sense of belonging, and use arts as a way to heal and uplift or celebrate cultural differences.
Scope
- Project Proposals Must:
- Meet a human need
- Use arts as the foundation for the work
- Be intersectional in nature: non-arts sector and arts
- Take place within the city of Worcester
- Must have an intersectional pairing with an institution and/or an individual creative and/or a group
- Lead to something new

Funding Information
Amount: $5,000 – $10,000
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be 501(c)3 Non-profit organizations, or organizations with fiscal sponsorship.
