The Community Foundation of North Central Washington (CFNCW) is seeking applications for its Regional Impact Grant to support nonprofit organizations and agencies that address community needs in Chelan, Douglas, and Okanogan counties (excluding the Methow Valley, who should apply for the Methow Valley Fund Grant).
Areas of Interest
- Q1 and Q3 Grant Cycles are open for Arts, Culture, Humanities, Education, Environmental and Animal Protection, Public and Social Benefit organizations.
- Q2 and Q4 Grant Cycles are open for Health and Human Services organizations.
Funding Information
Nonprofit organizations can choose to apply for one of two funding opportunities: RIG4K ($4,000 grants) or RIG10K ($10,000 grants).
Type of Grant Support
- If you are a 501(c)(3) public charity headquartered in and serving NCW, you are eligible for core operating support.
- If you are a government agency (excluding schools), tribal agency, faith-based organization, fiscally sponsored program, or a 501(c)(3) public charity headquartered outside of NCW.
Eligibility Criteria
- RIG4K – $4,000 grants:
- No partial grants are awarded.
- Grantees who receive a RIG4K grant may apply each year. For example, if an organization was awarded a RIG4k grant in Q1-2021, they may reapply in Q1-2022.
- Grant reports are not required.
- RIG10K – $10,000 grants:
- No partial grants are awarded.
- Grantees who receive a RIG10K grant must wait out one full grant-cycle year before reapplying for RIG10K or applying for a RIG4K. For example, if an organization was awarded a RIG10K grant in Q1-2021, they may reapply in Q1-2023.
- Grantees must complete a Grant Report before applying for a new grant.
