The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal for Promotion of e-commerce and digitalization for MSMEs.
For this purpose more accessible easy-to-consume online educational content on the business digitalization and e-commerce as well as the promotion of the success stories of entrepreneurs who have managed to digitalize their business, shift to online trade and lead it through a COVID-19 pandemic would benefit all parties engaged in MSME development in conflict-affected areas.
The overall objective of this assignment is to develop 10 (ten) high-quality promotional videos (up to 3 minutes each), 1 (one) trailer (up to 2 minutes) video and 10 (ten) text stories with photos about entrepreneurs who managed to digitalise their business and actively use online trade at local online marketplace (the list of entrepreneurs will be provided by UN RPP) with the aim to promote the use of innovative, effective information exchange, communication and trade networks in the target oblasts of Ukraine.
Eligibility Criteria
- Offers must comply with general administrative requirements:

- The company/organization submitting the proposal: Organization / Company with valid registration (for Ukrainian companies – a company should be registered in the territory controlled by the government of Ukraine) for at least 2 (two) years:
- Experience in film or video commercials production (at least three examples provided);
- Experience in photo shooting, journalism and storytelling (at least three examples of photo stories provided)
- At least 2 (two) recommendation letters from the previous Customer/Partner related to the promotional video production;
- Experience of previous successful cooperation with UN system organizations or international organizations will be considered as an asset.
- The company/organization submitting the proposal: Organization / Company with valid registration (for Ukrainian companies – a company should be registered in the territory controlled by the government of Ukraine) for at least 2 (two) years:
- Team Leader/Project Manager:
- At least a Master’s (or equivalent) degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Management, Psychology, PR, Communications or another relevant field.
- Minimum 2 (two) years of professional experience in project management and/or team management.
- Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in implementing projects/programmes on video and multimedia content production.
- Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian. At least working knowledge of English would be considered as an asset.
- Journalist/Storyteller:
- At least Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in journalism, history, international relations, philology or other relevant area.
- At least two years of experience in journalism, copywriting, storytelling;
- A relevant experience in reporting on economic/business related topics in the conflict areas (at least two examples of work).
- Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian. Knowledge of English would be considered an asset.
- Web designer:
- At least two years of relevant experience in web development and design;
- Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian. Knowledge of English would be considered an asset.
- Videographers (at least two persons):
- At least 2 (two) years of relevant experience in video production and documentary photo shooting;
- At least 2 examples of produced promotional video content;
- At least 2 examples of produced documentary photo materials;
- Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian. Knowledge of English would be considered an asset.
