Applications are now open to support organizations that have implemented/are implementing social initiatives in 2021.
Based on the results of the competitive selection, the organizations are awarded a prize, which should be aimed at covering the administrative costs of CSOs – the winners of the competition in 2022. This maintains the organizational capacity to implement new social initiatives.
Funding Information
The amount of remuneration is determined in accordance with the amount of administrative costs of the winning organization, but may not exceed the amount equivalent to 10,000 euros. Remuneration is provided in hryvnias.
Remuneration to cover the administrative costs of CSOs implementing the best social initiatives is provided to:
- recognition of the contribution of CSOs to ensuring social justice in Ukraine;
- improving the quality of social projects;
- identifying role models in the public sphere;
- ensuring the flexibility and viability of social initiatives
- attracting the attention of a wide range of people to solve socially significant problems.
Eligibility Criteria
- Non-profit CSOs implementing social projects / initiatives can be officially registered as applicants in the territories controlled by the Government of Ukraine.
- Authors of already implemented social projects / initiatives, as well as social projects / initiatives that are being implemented at the time of application and already have current results are allowed to participate in the competitive selection.
- Commercial social initiatives are not allowed to participate in competitive selections.
- Organizations whose members are members of the tender commission may not be applicants in this competition.
- Applicants present their initiatives in the following nominations:
- Innovations in the social sphere
- Gender-oriented social services
- Inclusion
- Organization of social services
- No more than three initiatives can be submitted from one applicant.
- Only 1 application from one applicant can be supported
- The applicant may not submit to the competition an initiative, the implementation of which was supported by the NGO “Network of 100 percent of life in Rivne” in the framework of mini-grant competitions or marked in the competition of social initiatives of the NGO “Network of 100 percent of life in Rivne” in 2020.
- Participation in the competition is free and voluntary.
- By submitting an application for participation in the competition of social initiatives, a person agrees to the processing of his personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
- By submitting an application for participation in the competition of social initiatives, the applicant organization undertakes in case of winning the competition to enter into an agreement on charitable targeted assistance and provide a descriptive and financial report in accordance with the forms established by the Organization.
