The Felix E. Martin Jr. Foundation is inviting applications for Community Leadership Program to support leadership development opportunities for people who live and work in Muhlenberg County, KY, and have demonstrated a commitment to making a difference in Muhlenberg County.
The Felix E. Martin Jr. Foundation is committed to empowering the residents of Muhlenberg County, Kentucky, building on the strengths of the community as they shape the best possible place to live, work and raise a family. To fulfill this vision, the Foundation actively seeks projects and partnerships, supporting transformative ideas that build a more vibrant community and expand opportunities for all who live in Muhlenberg County.
Recipients may apply for funding to support fees and/or expenses associated with attendance at conferences or other learning experiences.

Eligibility Criteria
Grant awards are designed to support:
- Groups traveling to research solutions to local issues in Muhlenberg County, which could include conferences or organized visits to other communities who are modeling innovative solutions.
- Individuals pursuing personal leadership development opportunities which can be put into practice for the benefit of Muhlenberg County. Funding is NOT intended to support or replace standard professional development for employees.
