Greenham Trust has launched Peter Baker Foundation grants program to protect and preserve any buildings or features with special historical or architectural interest and to maintain village halls and other organisations providing facilities for recreation.
Peter Baker foundation will benefit inhabitants within a 20 mile radius of Newbury Market Place, Berkshire. This trust was set up by successful local businessman Peter Baker in 1996 which has given £1.5 million to local charitable causes.
Funding Criteria
- Applications are unlikely to get 100% funding.
- Applications are more likely to be considered positively if applicants can demonstrate that they have already risen some funding towards the project.
- The Trust does not normally fund multiple projects from the same organisation in the same grant round.
Note: Peter Baker Foundation and Greenham Trust do not fund projects which have already taken place, therefore if you are seeking funding for a project/event which is due to take place in the spring then you should apply for consideration in the winter.
