Amount: $0 – $200
Outcomes
Their grants programme will contribute to these local board outcomes:
- Albert-Eden has a strong sense of community.
- Albert-Eden neighbourhoods have strong community connections, capacity and voices.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a grant you must:
- be a resident of the Albert-Eden Local Board area
- involve ten or more households
- not use funds to purchase alcohol
- meet the Neighbours Day goal of turning strangers into neighbours and streets into neighbourhoods
- ensure the event takes place within the Albert-Eden Local Board area.
Ineligible
- Political parties
- Internal applicants (i.e. to fund projects, programmes or facilities run by Auckland Council or its employees)
- Auckland Council CCOs (council-controlled organisations), including facilities owned and operated by Regional Facilities Auckland (RFA)
- Organisations receiving statutory funding from council via compulsory annual levies, under the Auckland Regional Amenities Funding Act (ARAFA) or comparable legislation
- Other local authorities, government agencies or public sector entities.
