UN Women Pakistan seeks the services of an active Ending Violence Against Women and Girls (EVAW/G) Alliance member organization in Balochistan, Pakistan to support the roll out and implementation of its Rule of Law Programme, specifically citizens engagement for rule of law and women’s accesses to justice.
It is encouraged to include/partner other member EVAW alliance member organizations for collaborative approach for this CFP from the rights-based organizations members of Balochistan EVAWG Alliance having similar mandate and more specifically in the Rule of Law and legal literacy at the community level. activities are people centric to create the demand through legal literacy with a focus on pro women legislations and available legal framework to end violence against women and girls.
Objective
- Contribute to the strengthening of Rule of Law in KP, newly merged districts and Balochistan and ensure equal access to justice for all.
Funding Information
- The budget range for this proposal should be USD 120,000 – USD 130,000.
Duration
1st July 2022 to 30th June 2024
Eligibility Criteria
- UN Women invite qualified parties to submit Technical and Financial Proposals to provide services associated with the UN Women requirements for a Responsible Party.
- UN Women is soliciting proposals from Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). Women’s organizations or entities are highly encouraged to apply
- At least 05 years of experience in designing and implementing similar activities.
- Reputed nationally registered organization with representative office in Pakistan and outreach in mentioned area of intervention.
- Proven track record of working in the area of women’s access to justice and EVAW programs.
- Previous experience with UN agencies or other international development agencies is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in local language.
- Valid MoU with/NOC from EAD/Relevant Provincial Authorities to implement projects in the province.
- A verifiable reputation of integrity and competence.
- Active member organization of EVAW Alliance Balochistan.
- Strong district outreach and linkages with other EVAW Alliance member organizations at Balochistan level for ensuring collaborative work.
- Previous collaborative work done with EVAW alliance member organizations and establishing district level forums would be an added advantage.
- Registered organization with legal statuary body in Pakistan. Registration with Balochistan Charities’ Registration Authority (BCRA) is encouraged.
- Annual Reports of last three years.
