Applicants are invited to submit their applications for Harry Payne Fund to support those who are disadvantaged & small causes that make a difference.
Funding Information
- Grants range between £250 – £2,000 and funding must be spent within 1 year.
- The average size grant is £1,500 with £2,000 awarded in exceptional circumstances
What will they support?
- The fund will support projects working within a 25 – mile radius of Birmingham city centre.
- The panel will prefer to see applications from Registered Charities and Charitable Incorporated Organisations but will, on occasion, approve applications from Community Interest Groups.
- The fund will support core costs.
Eligibility Criteria
You can apply to this fund if you are one of the following:
- Registered charities
- Constituted Community groups
- Companies Limited by Guarantee with charitable aims
- Community Interest Companies
- Co-operatives – registered Community Benefit Societies and registered Industrial and Provident Societies
- Social Enterprises
- New groups without a published set of annual accounts should provide management accounts and/or cashflow forecast, a bank statement, and referee details. A reference will be requested prior to a grant being awarded.
Note: Funding to Community Interest Companies and other non-charities may include conditions to restrict funding to charitable objectives only.
