Applications are now open for Creative Learning Partnerships (CLP) to Victorian schools to engage a creative professional or organisation to undertake a creative partnership project in the 2023 school year.
CLP aims to support deep learning and engagement through creative, curriculum-based exploration from Foundation to Year 10 including VET and VCAL.
Program Priorities
- Focus priority: Economically, socially and/or geographically disadvantaged schools

Other priorities
- Projects that engage First Peoples creatives
- Projects that engage diverse creative professionals or organisations
- Secondary school projects with a creative industries pathway focus
- Projects that demonstrate cross curriculum links beyond The Arts
- Projects that engage creative organisations providing an internship for young people, aged 18-24, for the project
Funding Information
- A single payment of $10,000 for projects with an individual creative professional working with the school for approximately 20 days.or
- A single payment of $35,000 for projects with an arts or cultural organisation working with the school for at least 20 days.
Eligibility Criteria

The school must be the applicant
- Victorian Government, and Non-Government Schools can apply for funds to partner with either a Victorian individual creative professional or creative organisation.
- Victorian Primary and Secondary Government and Non-Government Schools, including Catholic and Independent schools, and schools for students with special needs
- Creative professionals or creative organisations partnering with the school must be Victorian
- For projects that involve an organisation, the organisation must be legally constituted
