Categories
- Technology Application Award: A technology designed to enhance manufacturing processes. This category is for technology providers who sell their products to Australian manufacturing businesses.
- Environmental Solution of the Year: A process or technology that enhances environmental sustainability.
- Outstanding Start-Up Award: A new product or technology that has been produced by an Australian manufacturing start-up.
- Global Supply Chain Integration of the Year – proudly sponsored by ICN: A product or technology that has recently entered international markets successfully.
- Safety Solution of the Year: A process or technology that enhances safety.
- Excellence in Manufacturing Skills Development: A program designed to develop the vocational skills of manufacturing employees.
- Australian Industrial Product of the Year – proudly sponsored by Vega: An Australian electrical, chemical or mechanical product that aids in the manufacturing process. This category is for companies that sell their products to manufacturers.
- Most Innovative Manufacturing Company Award – proudly sponsored by SEW-Eurodrive:A company working to disrupt the Australian manufacturing industry.
- Excellence in Growth – proudly sponsored by BDO: Recognising growth within a manufacturing company, through either consistent financial, people or market growth – important for achieving sustainable consistent growth over the long term.
- Best Industrial IoT Application – proudly sponsored by Weld Australia:An application used in smart factories, to improve the manufacturing process.
- Manufacturer of the Year – proudly sponsored by Bestech Australia:The best Australian manufacturer – chosen from the winners of the other Awards categories.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nominating is free, and must be completed using the online form.
- Your nomination must be completed in one sitting; a partially completed form cannot be saved and reopened at a later date.
- Nominations are unable to be withdrawn once finalists are announced.
- Please have any supporting documentation (i.e. export approvals, photographs, marketing materials) ready to upload. Please keep all file sizes 5 MB.
- All products and/or technologies must be manufactured and commercially available in Australia.
- Where the Award is for a company, the company must operate within Australia.
- All product nominations must be accompanied by a high resolution image (at least 1MB in size) suitable for print publication.
- A brief summary of the submission (100-150 words) must be included, to be used in marketing.
- All Finalists are required to have a representative at the Gala Awards evening to receive the award, should you win. To assist with this requirement, a complimentary ticket is provided to all finalists.
