The Creative New Zealand has announced the applications for the Global Networks Presentation Fund to support in person/physical, digital or hybrid international presentations of work that are the result of one of Creative New Zealand’s international initiatives including the adaptation of existing work to respond to this international presentation opportunity.
The objectives of the fund are to develop international audiences, markets, networks, collaborations and opportunities for New Zealand artists and companies.
It recognises and responds to opportunities that are the result of relationships with international presenters and platforms established through one of the International Initiatives.
It supports
- In-person/physical, digital or hybrid international presentations of visual art and craft, performing arts/music and literature.
- The adaptation of existing work for presentation, including collaborating with international artists/companies/institutions to respond to a confirmed international presentation invitation.
- The development of innovative ways of presenting existing work internationally and engaging with international audiences to respond to a confirmed international presentation invitation.
Priorities
- Priority will be given to applications that demonstrate:
- an invitation for international presentation is the direct result of the Te Manu Ka Tau international visitor programme.
- there is the potential to open new international markets, audiences and opportunities for the artist/company.
- the project shows an innovative approach to adapting and/or presenting work.

- Amount: Up to $50,000
Eligibility Criteria
- They accept applications from:
- Individuals who are New Zealand citizens or permanent residents
- New Zealand-based organisations
- International arts organisations. But the application must show benefits to New Zealand arts.
- Benefits to New Zealand arts
- Your project or activities must directly benefit New Zealand arts, artists or practitioners.
- Track Record
- You must have a track record of experience and success — this means you must have:
- recognition from peers or experts
- achieved a degree of critical or sales success
- specialised training or practical experience
