Deadline: 31-Oct-2025
The Yves Rocher Foundation’s Prix Terre de Femmes celebrates and empowers women whose actions make a real difference for the environment.
This initiative has honored nearly five hundred remarkable women across more than fifty countries, shining a light on their courage, creativity, and unwavering commitment to biodiversity and ecological stewardship.
In its 2026 edition, the award will bring together both the France and International streams around a single, resonant theme: the tree as the guardian of life. This edition places women’s environmental projects involving trees—whether preserving forests, creating community agroforestry systems, protecting urban greenery, or valorizing traditional arboreal knowledge—at the heart of its vision. Projects are invited from women or women’s collectives working through non-profit organizations with at least one year of experience, from anywhere in the world.
Five winning projects will receive grants of €10,000 each, along with the invaluable chance to join a global community of dedicated environmental defenders. Those chosen will be invited into a supportive network that nurtures their efforts through shared expertise, collaboration, and connection with like-minded women worldwide.
The laureates will be announced early in 2026, symbolizing both recognition of their achievements and a platform to inspire further action toward a more sustainable and equitable planet.
