Challenge Labs is a program organized by the European Institute for Innovation and Technology in Food (EIT Food) and Startit, created with the aim of mapping the main challenges in the field of food and agriculture and gathering creative, multidisciplinary teams to work on solving them. This year’s competition was actively supported by the company Delta Agrar, providing prizes for the winners and providing expert support in defining the challenges that the teams will work on during the program.

Who are they looking for?
- Individuals and teams with as diverse expertise and interests as possible so that challenges are seen from different angles. Experience in the field of food and agriculture is not necessary — it is enough that you are interested in these challenges.
- If you are currently undecided about what is a real challenge for you — you have more interests or you need a little more time to think — you can make this decision during the program.
- If you don’t have a team, you already apply individually, don’t worry —they will connect you with other participants with whom you will participate in solving these challenges together!
Criteria
- Participate in solving the challenges from the Food and Agriculture sector of Serbia by working together in a diverse team
- You are an innovator and
- You are interested in topics related to food and agriculture
- You are willing to learn and applying design thinking methodology
- You are open-minded and team-oriented person
- The participants do not need to have any previous experience with Challenge Labs methodology.
