The Intercontinental Biennial is requesting applications for its Sculpture Program.
Artists of any nationality, including independent professionals, sculpture studios, and companies, are invited to participate in a competition and exhibition that welcomes new projects from Intercontinental Biennial artists. Free theme and technique, any material, except organic and perishable materials.
Participants are required to attach eight images of the sculpture they wish to submit. The project must be named following this format: Country of origin, followed by the name of the sculpture and your first and last name. All files must then be compressed in a zip or rar format. A separate PDF or Word file must also be included containing a description of the sculpture.
Sculptures can be submitted up to a maximum size of 150 x 150 x 150 cm, although works of much smaller sizes than those indicated can also be submitted. By participating, you authorize the organization to release the images of your project in the media and on digital platforms as deemed appropriate, while respecting the copyright at all times.
The submission form requires you to enter your first and last name and your email address. In a separate document with a .doc, .docx, or PDF extension, you must enter the name of the studio, the company, or the author, along with a description of your project covering its country, what it is about, and its characteristics.
All projects received will enter a selection process. The selection of the works will be the responsibility of the organizing committee, which will resolve any objection in the bases definitively and without appeal. The projects selected will be certified and recognized by the Organizing Committee and will participate in the Intercontinental Biennial exhibition, which includes presentations and exhibitions in countries across America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.
