Deadline: 15-Sep-2025
Applicants are now invited to submit applications for the Intercontinental Biennial Illustrations Program.
Artists of any nationality are invited to participate in this competition and exhibition. Projects from any country in the world are welcome, and entries can be submitted by studios, companies, and independent professionals. The sender of any work that infringes on plagiarism or intellectual property rights will be held solely responsible.
Participants authorize the organization to use project images in the media and on digital platforms as they see fit, while respecting copyright. All received projects will undergo a selection process. The projects chosen by the Organizing Committee will be certified and recognized, and will be included in the Intercontinental Biennial exhibition, which will be presented in countries across America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.
The selection committee will consist of international professionals with recognized experience in the field. Any objections will be resolved by the Biennial definitively and without appeal. Participants have the freedom to choose their subject and technique, which can be traditional, digital, or a mix of both. Each illustration should be described in a PDF or Word file. A maximum of three illustrations can be submitted.
Each file must be named with the country of origin, followed by the name of the illustration, and then the participant’s first and last name. The maximum size for illustrations is 90 cm wide x 120 cm long or 120 cm wide x 90 cm long, although smaller sizes are also accepted.
Projects can be submitted through the provided form. Participants should check the file extensions before sending them. If the total project size, including images and description, exceeds 8MB, a file transfer application such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or Wetransfer can be used. When submitting, participants must provide their first and last name and email, a description document, and images compressed in a rar or zip file. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of the submission, and it is recommended to add the Biennial’s email address to avoid messages going to the spam folder. The deadline for submission is September 15, 2025.
