The Intercontinental Biennial has announced an open international call for artists to participate in the Design IDENTITY Program.
This open international call invites artists of any nationality to participate in the competition and exhibition. Projects from any country in the world are welcome, and entries can be submitted by studios, companies, and independent professionals. It is the sole responsibility of the sender to ensure their work does not infringe on plagiarism or intellectual property rights.
The participants will decide the number of projects to be presented. All projects received will enter a selection process. The projects selected in the process will be certified and recognized by the Organizing Committee. The selected projects will participate in the Intercontinental Biennial exhibition whose presentations and exhibitions include countries from America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania. The selected projects in the process will be certified and recognized by the Organizing Committee. The selection of the works will be the responsibility of the organizing committee. Any objection provided for or not in the bases will be resolved by the Biennial definitively and without appeal.
Each file must be named with the country of origin, followed by the name of the illustration, and then the participant’s first and last name. The maximum size for illustrations is 90 cm wide x 120 cm long or 120 cm wide x 90 cm long, although smaller sizes are also accepted.
Projects can be submitted through the provided form. Participants should check the file extensions before sending them. If the total project size, including images and description, exceeds 8MB, a file transfer application such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or Wetransfer can be used. When submitting, participants must provide their first and last name and email, a description document, and images compressed in a rar or zip file. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of the submission, and it is recommended to add the Biennial’s email address to avoid messages going to the spam folder. The deadline for submission is September 15, 2025.
