Deadline: 05-Nov-2025
The Canadian not-for-profit arts organizations now have the opportunity to access funding through the Foreign Artists Tours stream, part of the Arts Across Canada and Abroad program.
This grant supports the circulation of international exhibitions and artist tours, helping to bring fresh and diverse cultural experiences to audiences across Canada.
The program offers up to $50,000 per application, with a maximum of $50,000 in funding available per year. The goal is to make international art more accessible to the Canadian public by supporting projects that involve the touring or presentation of work by foreign artists, groups, or organizations.
Eligible applicants include Canadian artistic organizations, presenting organizations, and First Nations, Inuit, or Métis not-for-profit organizations. To qualify, projects must feature at least two consecutive performances, presentations, or exhibitions in two different Canadian locations, which can include cities, towns, communities, or reserves.
This funding stream plays a key role in enhancing Canada’s cultural landscape by connecting communities with international artistic talent, promoting cultural exchange, and broadening the artistic perspectives available to Canadian audiences.
