The Intercontinental Biennial is pleased to announce its Painting Competition.
Artists of any nationality, including independent professionals, studios, and companies, are invited to participate in a competition and exhibition that welcomes new projects from Intercontinental Biennial artists.
If a submitted work is found to infringe on plagiarism or intellectual property rights, the sender will be held solely responsible. By submitting, participants authorize the organization to release project images on various media and digital platforms, while respecting copyright at all times.
Participants can submit up to a maximum of two works and will decide the number of projects they wish to submit. Each project must be named using the format: Country of origin, followed by the name of the painting and your first and last name. Works may be submitted with a maximum size of 90 cm wide x 120 cm long, or 120 cm wide x 90 cm long, with smaller sizes also being accepted.
To submit your projects, a description must be included in a PDF or Word file. The project images, photographs, or scans of the artwork must be attached and compressed in a zip or rar file. You should check the extension of your files before sending them through the form. If the project information between images and the description exceeds 8MB, you can send your project using a file transfer application such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or Wetransfer.
The submission form requires you to enter your first and last name and email address. In the project description document, you must include the name of the study, the company, or the author, along with a description of your project covering its country, what it is about, and its characteristics.
All projects received will enter a selection process, and the selection of the artworks will be the sole responsibility of the organizing committee. The organizing committee will resolve any objections definitively and without appeal. The projects selected will be certified and recognized and will participate in the Intercontinental Biennial exhibition, which includes presentations and exhibitions in countries across America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.
