Deadline: 25-Jul-2025
Help Musicians is accepting applications for the Fast Track Award, a funding opportunity aimed at music creators who are ready to act quickly on new opportunities. This award is intended to help musicians grow or sustain their income from music or take part in something that could advance their careers.
Applicants can request up to £500. Simpler applications are encouraged, and musicians are advised to only apply for the exact amount they need at the moment. If less than £500 is sufficient, it’s best to request that.
To be eligible, applicants must be aged 18 or older, legally able to live and work in the UK, and currently living in the UK. They must have less than £10,000 in savings and should have earned at least 40% of their income from music over the past two years. Exceptions can be made for musicians with long-term health conditions or disabilities. A UK bank account is also required.
In addition to these basic criteria, applicants must be able to carry out the proposed activities within six months of receiving the funds. They must also have control over at least one aspect of their career, such as managing, producing, or releasing their own music.
