The Cercle Germano-Malagasy / Goethe-Zentrum Antananarivo is launching a call for applications competition for small projects in different fields of art and culture.
The objective covers the following disciplines:
- Visual acts
- Cinematographic / video art
- Performance art
- literature
- Photographic
- Poetry
- Fashion
- Theater
- Deign
- Music
- Natural arts
Preference will be given to projects which, in their execution (not in the heart of the matter), take into account the current situation and the restrictions it imposes.
Eligibility Criteria
- The project should be:
- run by people residing in Madagascar, aged 18 or over
- implemented in Madagascar either in analog or digital format.
- registered in one of the artistic fields
- The request must include the following elements and in a single document:
- a description of the project in French, in one hundred (100) words
- a Curriculum Vitae (CV) of the artist.
- a cover letter with the objectives of the project and mentioning the place where you wish to carry out the project.
- an estimate of the total budget with a plan to use the subsidy received.
- Particular attention will be paid to projects which:
- use innovative and witty approaches to the arts.
- aim to strengthen the creative exchange between artists and different art forms.
- address the relevant issues of Malagasy society
- in their execution (but not in their choice of subject), take into account the current situation and the restrictions it imposes.
