Deadline: Ongoing Opportunity
The India Foundation for the Arts (IFA) is inviting proposals for the Curated Artistic Engagements under Project 560 Programme.
The India Foundation for the Arts (IFA) seeks to implement Curated Artistic Engagements on Bangalore that reflect upon the city by asking questions or by offering multiple imaginations of the cosmopolis. Engagements could include storytelling, music, performances, installations, exhibitions, gaming, lecture-performances, public discussions and other such activities that would offer new perspectives, foreground unheard voices, and encourage people to reimagine the city through the arts and culture.
Project 560 is an IFA initiative for Bangalore. Taking its name from the first three digits of Bangalore’s pincode, Project 560 proposes to encourage artists, scholars, institutions, and neighbourhoods to engage creatively and critically with the city. In doing so, it aims to provide citizens with a kaleidoscopic experience of exploring the city that would enable them to reimagine the city and their relationship with it, in novel ways.
The Project 560 programme for 2022-2023 is supported by Sony Pictures Entertainment Fund and BNP Paribas India.
