Deadline: 15-Sep-2025
The International Editorial Program invites artists, studios, agencies, companies, and independent professionals from any country to participate by submitting their work for consideration.
To enter, you must submit a minimum of one and a maximum of two integral or specific editorial projects. By participating, you agree to authorize the organizing committee to publicly display your project images while your copyright is fully respected.
To send your projects, you must use the provided form and follow the file requirements. First, enter your personal data, including your first and last name and email address. Next, prepare a project description document in .doc, .docx, or PDF format. This document must contain the name of the study, company, or author, as well as a description of your project, its country, and its characteristics. Finally, you must submit eight images of your project, all compressed into a single .rar or .zip file.
Please check the extension of your files before sending them. If the total size of your project information and images exceeds 8MB, you can send your project using any file transfer application such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or Wetransfer.
All submitted projects will undergo a selection process by the organizing committee. Projects that are chosen will be certified and recognized, and will participate in the Intercontinental Biennial exhibition, which includes presentations in countries across America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. The organizing committee’s selection decisions are final and definitive.
Once your information is received, you will get a confirmation email. Be sure to add their email address to your address book to prevent communications from ending up in your spam folder. The deadline for submissions is September 15, 2025.
