Deadline: 02-Nov-2025
Applications are now open for the Global Leadership Challenge to convene 100 young leaders selected through an open application process to engage with complex global challenges.
GLC members will gain the chance to learn directly from globally recognized experts, collaborate on innovative action projects, and build meaningful connections with peers across disciplines and regions. Successful participants may also apply for further mentorship with the Oxford Character Project, allowing them to continue their leadership development journey beyond the program.
The winning team will be invited to the 55th St. Gallen Symposium in May 2026, where travel and accommodation will be fully covered. As Leaders of Tomorrow, they will engage in cross-generational dialogue with senior global leaders and become part of a distinguished international network of changemakers.
The program will be held from 11–15 December 2025 in a virtual format, welcoming participants from around the world. It is designed for postgraduate students currently enrolled in a Masters or PhD program as well as young professionals aged between 21 and 30 years who have completed their undergraduate studies. Applicants must show evidence of responsible leadership through work experience or extra-curricular activities and commit to participating in all sessions to receive their certificate.
Applicants will need to provide personal details, a CV, a recent portrait picture, proof of enrollment if they are students, and complete the application tasks including suggesting a keynote speaker, recording a 40-second video message, and sharing an example of responsible leadership.
The deadline to apply is 2 November 2025 at 16:00 CET.
