Nominations are now open for the 2021 Classy Awards to celebrate the world-changing work of the social sector.
The Classy Awards honor today’s most innovative nonprofit organizations and social enterprises.
These inspiring organizations are embracing new ideas, creative models, and the latest technologies to address the social and environmental challenges facing our world today. Winners are selected through a comprehensive evaluation process by the Leadership Council, a prestigious group of social sector leaders and executives.
Award Categories
- Social Innovation: Recognizes 10 of the most innovative nonprofits and social enterprises, selected by the Leadership Council.
- People’s Choice: Recognizes an innovative nonprofit or social enterprise from the top 50 Finalists, voted on by the general public.
- Adapt & Overcome: Recognizes an organization that overcame immense challenges in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Lifetime Achievement: Recognizes an individual who has achieved excellence over a lifetime of service in the social sector.
Eligibility Criteria
- All U.S.-based nonprofit organizations and social enterprises are eligible to apply.
- Applicants are required to complete a nomination profile with detailed information on their organization and program(s).
- All Finalists will be automatically entered into the Social Innovation, People’s Choice, and Adapt & Overcome categories.
