Deadline: 15-Aug-2025
The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Caraga is now accepting project proposals for the Shared Service Facilities (SSF) Project, with funding available for 2025 and 2026.
The SSF Program is a DTI initiative aimed at promoting inclusive growth and strengthening value chains. It supports micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) by enhancing their ability to innovate, collaborate, and expand market reach.
Through this program, qualified cooperators are provided with access to machinery, equipment, tools, systems, auxiliary items, and capacity-building resources. These are intended to improve productivity and competitiveness among MSMEs.
Eligible applicants include both government and private entities. Government entities may include national government agencies, local government units at all levels, state universities and colleges, and technical or vocational schools. Private entities such as corporations, NGOs, people’s organizations, cooperatives, private schools, trade or industry associations, and one-person corporations may also apply.
Applicants are required to submit a cooperator’s letter of intent, a copy of their articles of incorporation or cooperation, and a board resolution or other authorization to accept and operate SSF projects. A resolution designating the authorized representative to transact with DTI is also necessary. Local government units must provide a resolution allowing the local chief executive to enter into a memorandum of agreement with DTI and operate the proposed project. A project brief must also be included in the application.
