Deadline: 23-Oct-2025
Applications are now open for projects focused on promoting diversity management and inclusion at the workplace, in both public and private sectors. The initiative falls under Priority 4, which supports actions that advance inclusive workplace practices across the European Union.
Projects should aim to strengthen the Diversity Charters network, further develop existing Charters, and increase the number of signatories. Proposals should apply an intersectional approach to promote inclusion, rather than focusing solely on a single ground of discrimination. Research and skill development projects are not eligible under this call.
Eligible activities include coalition and capacity building, training for professionals and victims of discrimination, mutual learning, exchange of best practices, and transnational cooperation. Other activities may involve awareness-raising through media, data collection and monitoring of discrimination incidents, victim support with sensitivity to gender and age, and designing inclusive strategies or action plans.
The indicative budget for this priority is EUR 13.2 million, with individual project proposals expected to range from EUR 0.15 to 0.75 million. Projects may run for a duration of 12 to 36 months.
The expected impact includes a rise in organizations affiliated with Diversity Charters, increased awareness of workplace diversity benefits, and more inclusive work environments. The initiative also aims to foster collaboration between academia, researchers, and businesses, and to provide guidance and tools for measuring workplace inclusion.
To be eligible, applicants must be legal entities—public or private—and established in an eligible country. These include EU Member States (including overseas territories) and non-EU countries associated with the CERV Programme or those expected to finalize association agreements before grant signing. Each consortium must consist of at least two applicants, and the coordinating entity can be a profit or non-profit organization. Both national and transnational projects are eligible.
