- Industry guest speakers will share real world case studies of CX in action
- A CX Design Project which applies your learning
- Discussion, demonstration, and hands-on practice in:
- Preparing for Work
- Preparation for industry certification and launching your new career
- Zendesk certification exam
- Interview skills
- CV preparation
- Personal branding
- Connections to job opportunities with their industry partners
Duration: The CX program is conducted full-time (3-5 hours per day) over 5-6 weeks
Eligibility Criteria
- You are unemployed, under-employed, or job insecure.
- You have the right to work in the Philippines
- You are over 18 years of age
- You are proficient in English – written and spoken
- You have a minimum of 2 years of university/college undergrad education
- You have work experience in any field
- You are able to commit 3-5 hours per day for 4-6 weeks
- You have access to a laptop or desktop computer
- You have an internet connection of a minimum speed of 10Mbps
- You are able to navigate and operate basic productivity tools (Email, Calendar, Chat, Cloud storage, MS Suite, G Drive, etc.)
