Apply now for the FLCTD Low Carbon Technology Accelerator that provides business capabilities to start-ups that can reduce energy use and dependence on fossil fuels thereby reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
The program is being jointly implemented by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). FLCTD is supported by the Global Environment Facility (GEF).
As part of the accelerator, 20 startups will be selected from the following areas:
- Industrial Low Tech
- Commercial Low GHG Tech
- Storage technology
- Resource Vigilance
- Food and Agriculture
- AI, ML, IoT, Deep Tech
Incentives
- Non-Fiscal Incentives
- Each startup will receive 45+ hours of dedicated mentorship during the program by the Sangam Venture team and 50+ technical and business mentors.
- Special Incentives
- Regular training sessions on various aspects of early-stage startups and help in fine-tuning the startup’s thinking with the help of a network of mentors and an experienced Sangam team. Each startup will be assigned a dedicated mentor with whom they will interact through scheduled one-to-one mentor-mentee interactive sessions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Startups planning to register must:
- Registered with Startup India
- Low-Carbon Technology/Product Making
- Reduce GHG emissions
- Should not be more than 5 years old
- At least TRL3 or more
- Willing to dedicate 2-3 hours per week to the program
- Work on any of the subject areas:
- Industrial Low Carbon Technologies
- Commercial and Residential Low GHG Tech
- Industry 4.0, Industrial Internet of Things
- Energy storage technologies
- Food and Agriculture
- Resource Vigilance
Note: 20 participants will be supported in the 4th batch of the FLCTD Accelerator which will be launched in August 2022.
