Tracks
- Alongside the program they will be running industry specific tracks focused on critical industries ripe for global innovation. The 2023 program will include 6 tracks that will receive additional content and networking opportunities from leading experts in these fields. Joining a track is an additional time commitment but does not influence the odds of being accepted into the core accelerator program.
- The following tracks are planned for the 2023 program:
- The Global Sustainable Food Track
- This track will focus on sustainable food and packaging and aim to accelerate the impact of startups in the fields of food production, distribution, packaging, and disposal.
- The Better Plate Track – Alternative Protein
- MassChallenge Israel in partnership with The Modern Agriculture Foundation (MAF) will be running for the second year a track focusing on alternative protein startups. Any processes or technologies that are used to provide sustainable alternative proteins are included in this category, including plant-based meat-like foods, cultured meats, fermentation products and land-based aquaculture as a means of protein intake.
- The Med-tech Track
- Startups in this track will be from the e-health and medical devices fields, coming up with ideas to solve medical issues and help millions of people around the world.
- The Climate-tech Track
- This track seeks to support innovators tackling the greatest challenge of their time – the preservation of the planet. It will include startups focusing on energy, environment, carbon accounting, sustainable transport, etc.
- The Disaster-tech Track
