The Startup India is inviting applications for the Nxp India Tech Startup Challenge 2022.

This event is to connect, Collaborate, and Nurture Indian Technology Startups. This event will drive Global Visibility and Network Scalability for Tech Startups. The agility of Startups is key and they get to present to thousands of tech leaders through this leading tech event.
The hosting of the NXP India Tech Startup Challenge has been made possible with the help of NXP India’s partners, which include its Government Partner: Startup India, Ecosystem Partner: Invest India, Global Partner: Extreme Tech Challenge (XTC), and Incubation partners: Electropreneur Park and the Semiconductor Fabless Acceleration Lab (SFAL).

Technology Startups focusing on IP, Processors development, Semiconductor fabless ASIC design, and Embedded product development are the target of this initiative:
- Industry focus areas: Automotive, Industrial, Communication Infrastructure, Mobile, Smart City, Smart Home, etc.
- Cloud Infrastructure focus areas: Machine Learning, Authentication, Data Analytics, Services, etc.
- Edge focus areas: Home Gateway, Auto Gateway, Smart City, Industrial Controller, Smart Home, Smart Health, Smart Retail, Wearables, Smart Buildings, Voice Assistant, Robotics, Media Streaming, etc.
- Technology focus areas: AI, ML, IoT, 5G, Edge Computing, Functional Safety, Human Machine Interface, IoT Security, Motor Control, Ultra-Wideband, Voice, Wifi-6, etc.
Funding Information
- Selected Top 3 Tech Startups will be provided with Total Prize Money of upto INR 10 Lacs distributed among winners (including all applicable & withholding taxes) from NXP.
Eligibility Criteria
- Startups incorporated in India as a Private Limited Company with 51% of the company owned by Indian citizens (At least one company founder or executive is a legal resident of India, and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry into the Competition).
- Who is invited to Participate? – Technology Startups focusing on IP, Processors development, Semiconductor fabless ASIC design, and Embedded product development are the target of this initiative.
- Also, the Indian ecosystem should be a global leader in cultivating the next generation of startups where Sustainable development and Technology with social purpose are integral to their commercial business plan and operations.
