Vinnova has announced a call for international collaborative projects in software-intensive systems and services under the EUREKA ITEA initiative.
The focus is on international collaborative projects in software-intensive systems and services with actors along the entire value chain. The project’s application area can be, for example, the automotive sector, biomedical engineering, internet services, the energy sector, the security industry, the production area or the area of software development itself. The projects should have high quality and potential. They should be focused on advanced digitalization and groundbreaking innovation in Swedish industry.
The initiative is part of ITEA, an innovation cluster within EUREKA that develops generic technologies of great importance for the competitiveness of its participating countries. Proposals must be submitted to ITEA, and participation requires collaboration between at least two independent organisations from at least two EUREKA countries, with at least one Swedish small or medium-sized enterprise included.
Vinnova will finance up to 50 percent of eligible project costs, with a maximum funding amount of up to 15 million SEK per project. The overall budget for this call is 15 million SEK. Applications for this opportunity will close on 10 November 2025 at 2 PM.
