The Starter Company Plus Program is designed for individuals aged 18 and older who want to expand or purchase an existing business in Brampton. It offers tailored support for entrepreneurs through mentorship, advanced training, and funding opportunities.
Participants can benefit from expert advice, practical business knowledge, and access to essential resources that support business growth or acquisition. The program equips entrepreneurs with tools to succeed in the dynamic Brampton market.
The program includes structured training on business planning, marketing, financial management, and legal aspects. Entrepreneurs also receive one-on-one mentorship tailored to their specific challenges.
Networking events connect participants with fellow entrepreneurs, creating opportunities for collaboration and increased business visibility. Participants may apply for grants of up to $5,000 to support their business plans.
Support extends to developing marketing strategies and adopting digital technologies to enhance customer engagement and streamline operations. Access to market research helps participants better understand their target audience and competitors.
Completion of the program may also improve chances of receiving additional financing from banks or institutions. Support continues after the program ends, including resources and guidance for sustained business success.
Participants may receive priority consideration for future local business opportunities and programs, as well as gain community visibility through local media and events.
