AI Airport Services Limited (AIASL), a government-owned enterprise in India, is inviting proposals from eligible organizations for potential collaboration on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
This call is open to registered NGOs, not-for-profit institutions, and other qualifying entities that are actively engaged in community development and social welfare activities.
The objective is to create a pre-screened pool of prospective CSR projects that AIASL may consider supporting in the future.
All submitted proposals must strictly adhere to the provisions laid out in Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Companies (CSR Policy) Rules, 2014, and any subsequent amendments.
Additionally, they must comply with the CSR guidelines issued by the Department of Public Enterprises.
To qualify, applicants must possess a valid CSR-1 registration with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, demonstrating their official recognition to receive CSR funds.
It is important to note that this invitation does not imply any commitment from AIASL to fund or support a particular proposal. The submission of a proposal is merely an expression of interest and will not guarantee evaluation, selection, or approval.
AIASL reserves the absolute right to assess, reject, or accept any proposal at its sole discretion, whether the proposal is submitted in response to this call or independently.
