Applications are open for the “Global Cleantech Innovation Programme (CIP)” to support Pakistani entrepreneurs (SMEs and Startups) with the best ideas that deal with today’s most imperative energy, environmental and economic challenges through a competition based approach.
The Programme focuses on fostering emerging and commercially viable clean technology startups to fuel green industrial growth in the country, while small and medium-sized enterprises are provided with training, mentoring, and access to potential investors.
Focus Areas
Business ideas and prototypes should fall into one of the following categories:
- Water Efficiency
- Renewable Energy
- Waste to Energy
- Energy Efficiency
- Green Building
Eligibility Criteria
- The competition is open to all those living in Pakistan with business ideas and prototypes under the eligible categories mentioned above.
- One can get involved in the competition in the following roles:
- Applicant
- Mentor
- Volunteer
- Sponsor
- Attendee
