Do you want to stand up and take action for human rights and climate justice? If yes, then join the European Changemaker Camp.
The European Changemaker Camp is a three-day camp that will be filled with participatory creative sessions, and together with around 300 friends and professionals from Europe they will share skills and know-how. Through workshops and training sessions, applicant will learn how to defend human rights and the climate regardless of where the injustice is happening. When they act locally – they act globally.
The European Changemaker Camp will take place at a beautiful venue just outside Warsaw, Poland, the 28th – 30th of September 2018.
It encourage people with different backgrounds and experiences to apply to the camp. It expect all participants to respect each other and the diversity in the camp and they have a zero tolerance policy for any kinds of harassment. The European Changemakers Camp venue is prepared to warmly welcome people with disabilities.
Benefits
The organisers will cover the food, accommodation and travel costs from the bigger cities of applicants countries. In order to participate, applicant will need to be over 18 years old and just a wish to make a positive difference in the world! But other than that, applicant don’t need any particular experience to join.
Eligibility Criteria
The camp is organized by Greenpeace & Civil Rights Defenders with the vision of connecting engaged citizens in Europe.
