The U.S. Embassy Yerevan, in partnership with the Political Science and International Affairs Program of the American University of Armenia, and with the Women and Youth Support and Development Center, are seeking applications for its fifth cycle of the “Women’s Mentoring Program 2017.
The program empowers the next generation of Armenian women leaders on their path to professional development and fulfillment. It supports interaction between mentor and mentee for ten months, with the goal of guiding the younger person’s professional and personal development.
The program is a unique opportunity for young women to learn about both the successes and challenges that women face in their careers, and to better navigate their own paths.
Eligibility Criteria
Successful applicants are:
- Women in their 3rd and 4th year of undergraduate, or 1st and 2nd year of graduate studies
- Motivated and highly responsible
- Fully committed to realizing results through investing time and effort on a monthly basis

Motivation letter should include the following:
- What makes you a good mentee?
- Who would be your ideal mentor and why?
- How do you think mentoring will support you in reaching your goals?
