Caucasus Research Resource Center – Georgia has announced the 2nd open solicitation process among youth groups in the framework of the program of strengthening good governance, accountability and public participation funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
The overall purpose of the application for this service proposal is to increase the skills of local social-oriented young volunteer youth initiatives in Azerbaijan in recent years and to implement the ideas of public importance offered by them. Service offerings of such young initiatives may be in any direction.
Relevance of Activities
- Suitable service packages should consist of a set of independent activities that form a whole set of clearly defined objectives, precise target groups, and measurable results.
- The offered service proposals should be implemented in Azerbaijan.
- The proposed service offer should be made within a maximum of 6 (six) months. Implementation of service proposals must be completed by June 30, 2020.
Justification of Expenditure
- The total cost of service offers should not exceed 5000 AZN.
- All costs should cover only the direct costs of the service offer, the most relevant costs for the implementation of those activities, and the relevant documentation reflecting realistic prices.
Applicants’ Compatibility
- Individuals who are taxpayers who meet the eligibility criteria listed below may submit a service offer package within this application:

- Applicants must register as a taxpayer physical person;
- Applicants should not have any debt to the State Social Protection Fund, the Tax Department, and other government agencies;
- The applicants should not be involved in any judicial, administrative, criminal or tax trials or court trials.
