InnoEnergy, Europe’s largest sustainable energy accelerator, is inviting applications for its competition “PowerUp!” the biggest regional competition for energy start-ups in central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
InnoEnergy is offering the opportunity to take part in its flagship Highway programme, which offers support worth €150k to the most promising sustainable energy start-ups, along with three cash prizes of up to €20k.

Eligibility Criteria
- The competition invites start-ups and entrepreneurs from 23 countries of Central and Eastern Europe to take part in the third edition of PowerUp! 2017 (Bulgaria, Albania, Croatia, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Estonia, Macedonia, Greece, Georgia, Hungary, Moldova, Montenegro, Latvia, Serbia, Lithuania, Turkey, Ukraine, Poland, Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia and Romania).
- The competition is looking for innovative start-ups with:
- Technology that has been validated in a relevant environment
- Ambition and enthusiasm to work with a strategic partner to succeed
- An interest in one of eight areas of focus
