Deadline: 23-Nov-2025
The Civil Society Development Center Association has opened for civil society organisations to grow their communication capacity thanks to the launch of the STOK 600 – Everyone Loves Communication Face‑to‑Face Training Program.
This four-month in-person course is designed to strengthen internal communication processes within organisations while enhancing their ability to reach wider audiences and build meaningful stakeholder relationships.
Participants will engage in twelve days of training (three days per month from December 2025 to March 2026) in Ankara, focusing on topics such as communication strategy, crisis communication, digital channels, public engagement and storytelling. Travel and accommodation costs for those coming from outside Ankara will be covered. Organisations will deepen their knowledge of target audience mapping, messaging development, hope-based communication approaches, digital listening and more, helping them become more visible, credible and effective in their work.
To be eligible, applicants must represent civil society organisations—such as associations, foundations, unions or platforms—and be ready to commit to attending all sessions. The number of participants will be capped at 20, with selection based on alignment of expectations, organisational capacity, digital literacy, regional and thematic distribution and gender balance. A letter of support from the organisation’s governing body will also be required once acceptance is confirmed.
For organisations seeking to refine their communication practices and expand their public impact, this programme offers a structured pathway to build skills, drive change and strengthen connections with stakeholders in a rapidly evolving environment.
