ALF Hands-On helps you level up your skills and enhance your professional capacity in management and diverse intercultural dialogue fields.

More than just a training programme, ALF Hands-On is a community-building platform for peer-to-peer collaboration and real-world learning through its free interactive modules.

Why Peer-to-Peer? 
  • Traditional training programmes often lack the interactive and collaborative elements needed for an effective skills development.
  • Peer-to-peer learning goes beyond usual teaching methods by fostering direct engagement, shared experiences, focusing on practical field experience. Through peer-to-peer training, participants will have the opportunity to learn from experts who understand the specific challenges and contexts faced by intercultural dialogue and civil society practitioners in the Euro-Mediterranean region. It encourages dynamic interactions, knowledge exchange, and the co-creation of innovative solutions.

Eligibility Criteria
  • ALF Hands-On is offered to professionals from civil society organisations in the 42 UFM countries and who are dedicated to expanding their knowledge and apply the practical skills gained to excel in their careers.
