Deadline: 18-Dec-2025
The Airport Development Group (ADG) Community Grants Program opens an avenue for grassroots organisations within the Northern Territory to access funding for initiatives that enhance community wellbeing, cultural development and environmental sustainability.
Operating across the Darwin, Alice Springs and Tennant Creek regions, the program supports community-driven projects aligned with the organisation’s strategic focus on Indigenous advancement, tourism enhancement, and community and stakeholder support.
Grant amounts for eligible groups range from $500 to $2,000 in the latest round, offering vital seed-funding for smaller projects that might otherwise struggle to secure support.
Applicants include incorporated not-for-profit organisations, community clubs, schools and Indigenous-led groups that operate within the service regions. Priority is given to proposals that demonstrate clear local impact, community engagement and sustainability of benefit.
Projects focused on education and training, health and wellbeing, environment and culture, innovation and technology are considered. Organisations planning to apply are advised to ensure their project aligns with ADG’s thematic priorities and community locations, and to prepare meaningful community-benefit statements in their applications.
Overall, the ADG Community Grants Program provides a timely opportunity for regional groups to secure accessible funding that: helps elevate cultural, educational or environmental initiatives; strengthens community connections; and contributes to the long-term vibrancy of Northern Territory communities.
