The ANZ New Zealand Staff Foundation provides grants to registered New Zealand charities through a staff-led payroll giving program. Grants support initiatives in financial literacy, economic independence, education, community development, and conservation of natural and historic resources, with funding up to $25,000 per project and a six-month implementation period.

Purpose and Objectives

The Foundation aims to support charities that:

Reporting and Accountability

  • All funded organizations must submit an accountability report within six months

  • Report must include:

    • Summary of expenditure

    • Supporting financial evidence (invoices, payroll records, bank statements)

  • Failure to provide the report or proper documentation may result in return of grant funds

  • Organizations may be asked to share project outcomes for ANZ communications and staff updates

  • Unspent funds exceeding $300 must be returned
