Deadline: 04-Aug-2025
Submissions are now open for the No Fuss Funding program, which supports independent artists across Australia. The program accepts applications in a wide range of artistic fields including First Nations art and culture, performance art, design, theatre, dance, music, literature, visual art, multi-art form, community and cultural development, as well as experimental and emerging art forms.
The ArtsPay Foundation will be awarding twelve grants of $7,500 each. To be eligible, applicants must be independent artists who have lived in Australia for at least two years.
Recipients will be selected based on several key criteria. These include the creative and cultural value of the work, the timing and whether it is the right moment to deliver significant impact, and the artist’s connection to their community or the wider arts ecosystem. Applicants should also demonstrate good practice, including respect for protocols and commitment to equity.
Applicants may be asked to upload supporting documents with their application. Files must be saved in advance on a computer or storage device, and each file should be allowed to fully upload before attaching the next. Files can be up to 25MB, and larger ones may be submitted via a link.
Applications can be completed by a group or team using the same login credentials, but only one person should be working on the form at any given time. It’s important to save progress regularly throughout the process.
