The Kosovar Civil Society Foundation (KCSF), in partnership with Community Building Mitrovica (CBM), has launched a new funding opportunity aimed at fostering civic engagement and volunteerism in Kosovo.
This initiative, managed through the Kosovo Resource Centre for Civil Society (RC), seeks to empower individuals and organizations to address community issues through volunteer-driven projects.
Eligible applicants include individuals who are citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, unregistered initiatives, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that are registered in Kosovo. The grants are designed to support initiatives that deliver concrete results within a specified timeframe, with a maximum project duration of 12 months. The funding available for each project is capped at EUR 5,000.
To apply, interested parties must complete the online application form available on the KCSF grants portal. Before starting the application process, applicants are strongly advised to thoroughly review the provided guidelines to ensure their proposals align with the program’s objectives.
This grant initiative is co-funded by the European Union and Sweden, underscoring a collaborative effort to strengthen civil society and promote active citizenship in Kosovo. The KCSF and CBM are responsible for the content and implementation of this program, which aims to support innovative and impactful volunteerism projects across the country.
