Who Is Eligible?
Eligibility is restricted to Indian Ph.D. scholars who meet these criteria:

Must be registered for a Ph.D. at an Indian institution on or before November 1, 2025

Research must be essential to the doctoral dissertation

Expected thesis submission must be at least three months after the fellowship ends
