Deadline: 12-Sep-2025
The Community Development Grant – Micro is now open for applications, offering financial support to strengthen the capacity and sustainability of grassroots organisations across the United Kingdom.
This grant provides funding between £0 and £1,000 to support formally constituted, community-managed, and autonomous organisations that are not-for-personal profit and serve the wider community at a local level. To be eligible, organisations must demonstrate inclusive membership, hold Annual General Meetings where each member has equal voting rights, elect management committees or boards through transparent democratic processes, present annual reports, and submit annual statements of accounts during the AGM.
By focusing on governance, inclusivity, and accountability, this grant aims to support organisations in continuing their essential work at the community level. Funding may be used to cover operating costs, deliver community programmes, and support summer schemes that directly benefit local residents.
The deadline for applications is 12 September 2025 at 12:00 Noon GMT. This grant represents a valuable opportunity for small community-led organisations to access funding that helps sustain their operations and increase their local impact.
