The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment has launched the Senior Citizen Portal, a dedicated digital platform designed to provide easy access to welfare schemes, essential services, and grievance redressal for senior citizens.
To raise awareness and boost citizen engagement, the Ministry, in collaboration with MyGov, is organizing a Slogan/Tagline Contest. This initiative encourages public participation in promoting the vision of “Ageing with Dignity” through creative expression.
The contest aims to foster inclusive branding that reflects the values of elder care and community support. It is centered around themes such as “Ageing at Home,” “Intergenerational Bonding,” and building a “Senior Citizen Friendly Society.”
Winners of the contest will be rewarded with cash prizes. The first prize is ₹15,000, the second prize is ₹10,000, and the third prize is ₹5,000. All winners will also receive a Certificate of Appreciation from the Ministry.
The contest is open to all Indian citizens, inviting individuals from across the country to contribute.
Submissions must be original, concise, and impactful, with a maximum length of 10 words. The slogan or tagline should effectively reflect the mission of the portal and the empowerment of senior citizens.
