Participants are required to submit their entries through the MyGov Gujarat Portal, ensuring their profile details are accurate and up-to-date. Each participant can submit up to two entries under different themes, and submissions must be original, unpublished, and free from copyright issues. Basic colour corrections and cropping are allowed, but extensive editing, compositing, watermarks, logos, or signatures are prohibited.

The government and MyGov reserve the right to amend or cancel the contest, modify terms, or evaluation criteria at any time, and the decision of the evaluation committee will be final.
Participants are encouraged to respect privacy, cultural, and legal norms while capturing their photographs, ensuring that the images reflect the true spirit of progress and transformation. This competition is a unique opportunity for citizens to contribute creatively to India’s visual story of development and empowerment.
